I think that it depends on context (the whole situation):

Manager: You have a very nice record of employment.
    Nodar: Thank you.
Manager: I see that you worked at the Flamingo Hotel for five years.
    Nodar: Yes, I did.
Manager: Do you know anything about how to give good service?
Nodar: Well, I worked at THE [that] hotel for five years as a waiter. So I know A little bit about service.

    Manager: Please sit down.
    Nodar: Thank you.
Manager: We are looking for someone who knows how to give good service. Do you have any experience?
Nodar. Yes, I do. I worked for five years at A hotel.
    Manager: A hotel? Which hotel?
    Nodar: The Flamingo Hotel.
