Does it mean that every movement get also faster?

    It's not about speeding up.

    "Time slows." Yep.

    "...your heart gets more and more... out of... every movement in the system of the pool below."

    I think it is like this:

    Your heart beats faster (with excitement? fright?) and it seems that everything else around you has slowed down.
