A question about twitter :"exactly what I want to know" is this sentence ok ?

I read someone asked a question which I want to ask .

Is it polite if I tweet/reply @hername "exactly what I want to know ! " or " That's exactly what I want to know "or just favourite the tweet ?

Does anyone have any suggestion ?

I think replying with "That's exactly what I want to know!" would be just fine. It makes sense and will communicate what you want to say. It is not impolite and the other person may feel good knowing someone else has the same question they do.
