Confirmation de la réponse de suwondenis à part que: ça me semble + word

Craig craig craig ....Après tous les exercices sur les pronoms....

ça (informal for cela) se rapporte à quelquechose dont on a parlé précédemment.
    Ex:
Il me semble que la phrase est correcte.
Cela me semble correct. (Il faut que l'on sache de quoi on parle et on met au masculin car cela est le sujet.

    ça ne s'utilise qu'a l'oral.

it is a difference on how you are involved. If you say : "il me semble que cela est juste" you are not really sure , there is a kind of distance. If you say "ça me semble juste or cela me semble juste", you are more involved. I feel it like this... the "il , impersonnel pronoun" gives this impression of distance.
Please Dear teachers colleagues, if you have any other interpretation...

I am also a student. For me the difference of the two is :

    ça me semble + word
il me semble + que + phrase

"ça" is clearly indicating something in French. However "il" in that phrase does not indicate anything, which means "il" has no meaning. That is why you need to add what is it (or the situation) by adding a phrase after "que".

"ça me semble" ou "il me semble" ont à peu près la même signification puisqu'il s'agit d'une opinion, d'un point de vue personnel.

"Cela me semble correct" ou bien "Il me semble qu'il fait beau dehors" = Emission d'un point de vue personnel en utilisant "me".
