    You can use both of them. We're Russian uses "Russian" as an adjective to describe the country you are from. We're Russians uses "Russians" as a noun to mean "people from Russia." Both phrases have similar meanings.

    'We're Russians' is the right answer.

    Both are correct. In the one case, Russian could be considered a noun used as an adjective.
