Both 햇빛 and 햇볕 mean "sun or sunshine." The difference between the two is that 햇빛 is more of "the rays of the sun," whereas 햇볕 has more to do with "a hot feeling/condition caused by the sun."
So, If I wanted to say "I can't see anything because of the strong sun", I would use 햇빛 because of the sunrays shining on my eyes and I cannot see anything.
햇빛이 강해서 하나도 안보입니다.
On the other hand, if I wanted to say "Let’s go sit in the shade to get out of the hot sun", I would use 햇볕. It is because I feel hot in the sun, so want to go to the shade.
햇볕을 피해서 그늘로 가서 앉읍시다.
Hope this helps.
