1) Jim has lived in London most .... his life. ( should I put "of" or not) ?
2) Kate has lived in London all......her life. ( should I put "of" or not) ?

    Jim has lived in London most of his life. [you definitely need of]
    Kate has lived in London all her life. [I think this is better than all of her life, but I would not say that all of her life is wrong.]

     

    Yes, you should put "of" in both of these sentences.
