Is this correct ?

Que alguém me corrija se eu estiver errada,
O verbo "ganhar" aceita as duas formas, por isso tanto ganho quanto ganhado podem ser utilizadas.
Mas neste exempo, a palavra 'taça' é feminino, por isso a segunda opção correta seria:
'Esta taça foi ganhada por nós'.

"Ganhámos esta taça" = Ganhamos esta taça
"Esta taça foi ganha por nos." = Esta taça foi ganha por nós
"Esta taça foi ganhado por nos." = Nós ganhamos esta taça.

Taça is feminino, so is corret say "ganha ou ganhada"
nos = used for place and things equal "at the"
nós = used for people equal a use for "we"

Dear filefax, I noticed by the spelling that your textbook is Portuguese (not Brazilian). However, these rules are the same both in Portugal and in Brazil. The verb GANHAR has two acceptable forms for past participle which are GANHADO(A) (regular) and GANHO(A) (irregular). So, the only problem with your suggestion is the gender of word TAÇA! You shoul say GANHADA.

Nevertheless, Brazilian Portuguese does not use the regular form and it sounds really weird. As your textbook also says 'GANHO(A)' I believe this is the current use even in Portugal. There are others verbs with two acceptable forms and in most of them the irregular form is the most used: ex:

Aceitar – aceitado/aceito
Pegar - pegado/pego
Pagar - pagado/pago
Salvar – salvado/salvo
Entregar - entregado/entregue
Expulsar - expulsado/expulso
Acender – acendido/aceso
Benzer – benzido/bento
Eleger – elegido/eleito
Suspender – suspendido/suspenso
Imergir – imergido/imerso
Imprimir – imprimido/impresso
