"Quand il fait beau,je me leve a six heures et demie du matin."Could I write "bon" or "joli" instead of "beau"?

Non. Pour la météo, lorsque c'est agréable, on dit habituellement qu'il "fait beau". Le contraire est "il fait mauvais".
We can actually say "bon" instead of "beau", even if the meaning is slightly changed. "Il fait bon" means that the temperature outside is moderately hot. "Il fait beau" is related to the sun/rain/... and "il fait bon" is related to the temperature.
However, I've never heard anyone saying "Il fait joli".
