“通了” means "already got through"
"北房“ means "the room in the north of the apartment or building"
"老动” means “not still, or keep moving, or move frequently"

通了 = 水管被堵住然后通了？？（pipes are blocked then fix it??）
北房 = 北方的房子或者一个镇名？？（i really dont know what's the meaning..）
老动=一直在动？？
（BTW.. r u sure these words belong to mandarin chinese?? i dont think so.. it seems dialect..）
