I cannot explain except to generally suggest that you continue to write public messages, and to tell people that you are looking for for a partner.
If you tell people about yourself and your interests, it is usually a good way to invite others to contact you. Also, if you study the messages that you see other write and read the comments and corrections that interest you, you will locate people that you would like to have for your partner.
