is it correct to say " who is gonna go to the GA" or "who will attend the GA "
we are a group of students we have a conference so some of us will go to the pre-GA and the rest to the GA , so i want to ask who wanna go to the GA

They are both correct, but "is gonna go" is slang. You can use that with your close friends, but the correct phrase is "is going to go".
Use "Who wants to go to the GA?" or "Who wishes to go to the GA?" if you are writing to ask what they want to do.
