listening and speaking English everyday ! you can find a English teacher or friend to practice speaking with you, it's very useful and effective.
watching English movie and TV plays without subtitles.
其实做听写和跟读都很有用，听力很快会提高。找到适合你水平的材料，坚持每天听写跟读，不久以后会有成效的。持之以恒是关键。加油！共勉！

If you want to learn a foreign language, then you should watch English TV and listen to English music. Because you don't live in an English-speaking country, you should look for a foreigner who speaks English. I know there are lots of foreigners in Taipei who are studying Chinese. :)
