"먹어도 다시 보여요" 이 말은 문재인가?

yes. It has problem. "먹어도 또 보여요" is correctly senetence. but possible understaind it and an article. not problem in grammar.
I thought this senetece during about 10 seconds. and I understand it.
It means to english "Eat again, eat again, eat again, It looks again"

"약을 왜 버렸노?" it's 경상도 folks. "약을 왜 버렸냐?" standard.
"먹어도 다시 보여요" it's not 경상도 folks.
it's only strange situation. so we dont understand it.

"보여요" in "먹어도 다시 보여요" comes from "보이다" meaning "to be seen".

"-아/어/여 보이다" always takes adjectives not action verbs, and it's the standard, not a dialect.
It means "to look(like)...".
