Hello deanxoxo,
The only thing is that for first group verbs ( in "er” ), you have to take out the final “s” of the second person singular.
So you have to write: « Vis ta vie, aime ta vie ! »
Or rather: « Vis ta vie, aime la vie ! »
Or something like: « Profite de la vie, vis ta vie! »
