Some questions about a phrase of time

I got a interview this morning and my boss made the time by saying "I therefore suggest that we speak by Skype during the week of Feb. 11". I'm really confused by "during the week of Feb.11", does he mean the week around Feb.11or just the date Feb.11?

Thank you all!

"During the week of Feb. 11" means the work week (Monday-Friday) that starts on Monday, Feb. 11.

So he wants to talk sometime during that week, any of those days M-F of that week.
