先生どこにいるの？Where is the teacher →先生はどこにいますか？
先生はあそこに! the teacher is overthere →先生はむこう（“あそこ”よりていねいな表現です。）にいます。
あの、トイレはどこにいるのか？Where is the toliet?→トイレはどこですか？
今日は、僕たちはどこに行きますのか？Where we going today? →私たちは今日はどこにいきますか？
俺たちは学校の後ろにいる行きます！we're going behind the school →私たちは学校に遅れています。（Like a "be late for school"）
彼は名前の僕の兄さんいる!He has my brother's name→彼は私の弟の名前をしりたがっています。(Like a "want to know about my brother's name")
