(Are they slang or contractions?)

1) I know 하고픈 is short for 하고싶은 and 하고파 is short for 하고싶다, but are they considered slang or contractions? Are they natural and used in written/spoken Korean?

I want to say
말하고파 = I wanna say

This is literally "I have words that I want to do(say)". But do they have the same meaning as 말하고 싶어 = I want to say?

3) Could I say 하고픈 공부가 있어 instead of 공부하고 싶어? I probably wouldn't do that, just curious. :)

    1) Both contractions are mostly found in poetry or song

    ☞ I've got something to tell you or I've got something that I want to say.

(I've got something that I want to study)" makes sense, but we usually say "하고 싶은 공부가 있어".
    "공부하고 싶어" just means "I want to study."

    "하고픈 공부가 있어(or 공부하고 싶은 게 있어)" is more specific than "공부하고 싶어"
