Undecided questions
Am I right about the description?
Hi everyone, this is my question:
She is one of our models who is devoted to her work.
I would like to introduce a hard-working colleague in this way, is it ok?

This would be okay. If you want to express that she is hard-working, "dedicated" may be a better word to use than "devoted". They are very similar in meaning so either would work.
"She is one of our models who is dedicated to her work."
"She is one of our models who is dedicated to her work."
The grammar looks a little odd - in that form, you're implying that you have other models who are plain lazy.
"She is one of our models, and is (completely) devoted to her work." - this expresses your meaning most clearly.
The word "devoted" is perfectly OK, but Ty's suggestion of "dedicated" works as well.
