the accurate setence might be 제가 솔로인 것을 보면 잘 알겠죠
if literary translated it into english, it might be 'As you see that I am single, you know (about) it well'
The meaning still depends on the context though.
The korean guy answered first doesn't really know the difference between 'solo' & 'single', as same as, he said the 'konglish' word has been used on Korean website.
I didn't really answer for korean language, but in this case, I gotta point it out, lol
