Hello Chloe:
"Everything moves on time or people get fired."
This is a threat, and it has 2 parts. The first part refers to some kind of a business, that is moving its product. It ships the product to customers. Thus, the product has to be shipped quickly to satisfy the buyer.
The second part, is "people get fired". It means the employees who are responsible for shipping the product, will lose their jobs, if the product is shipped slowly.
It all means that the boss wants the product delivered to the customer, fast, fast, fast!.
---Warm Regards, Bruce
