The first sentence is right. To be more natural you can say like this:
I have not cooked my lunch yet so I am going to have some sandwitches.
Second sentence will be like this:
INSTEAD of:
More than five millions people have seen this film on TV.
Correct way=> More than five million people have (already) seen this film on TV.
