저는 한국어를 배우기가 좋은 이유를 없는데 아직 좋아해요.
I have no good reason for learning Korean, but I still like it.

1) Is this structurally/grammatically correct?
2) I'm not sure about 배우기 having a subject marker -가.
3) Can 좋은 be used with "reason" this way? Or would something like 상당한 or 의미심장한 be better suited for it?
4) In English, the "it" refers to "Korean". Is that the meaning that is coming across in my translation?
5) I wasn't sure if -는데 or 지만 was best for "but", but I think -는데 always goes with 있다 or 없다.

저는 한국어를 배우기가 좋은 이유를 없는데 아직 좋아해요.
1) Is this structurally/grammatically correct? No. I'd phrase it as 한국어를 배워야 할 이유는 딱히 없는데 그래도 한국어 배우는 게 좋아요.
3) I'd go for 굳이 or 딱히, both mean 'necessarily'.
4) Barely. You need to repeat it.
5) 는데 is far more common than 지만 in everyday conversation, but if you feel the need to put some emphasis on the preceding phrase, you can use 지만. 지만 sounds slightly assertive.
-는데 goes with an action verb, but never with any descriptive verb(in this case you can use 은데/ㄴ데/운데(for 'ㅂ' irregular ones, like 춥다)
Examples:
눈 오는데요. It's snowing.
지금 가는데요. I'm going there.
이 색깔은 너무 밝은데요. This color is too bright.
아픈데요. It's painful.
밖에 추운데요. It's cold outside.
이거도 *긴* 질문이네요! (without 에)

3) "특별한 이유가 없다" 가 좋겠습니다. (사실 good은 해석을 안쓰셔도 의미상 문제 없습니다.)

"없는데" is also OK. (없어요 + 그런데 = 없는데)
