    If you do something to me, it could be either good or bad.
    "Did you do something to this?" = (implied) did you modify (change) this. It is usually taken to be bad.

    If you do something for me, it is almost always considered positive, something you have done to help me.
    "I need to clean the kitchen." "Oh, don't worry. I did that for you."

    If you come to me, it means that you have traveled from somewhere and are near me now.
    If you come for me, it means that you have traveled to where I am and will take me with you to somewhere else.
