Are there any mistakes? Please help me kindly. Thank you in advance.
Some people assert that living in high-rise building contributes to feeling unhappy and solitary, while others believe that there are immense benefits to living in such places.

There are no grammatical mistakes, but 'immense' is a little strong for this situation. "Many' or 'a lot of' might be better. Immense is used when you want to convey the sense of extremely large, almost beyond imagining.
All is perfect, except if you mean "building" to be plural, you would add an 's': "high-rise buildings"
If you mean it to be singular, you would use the indefinite article 'a' before the words: "a high-rise building"
If you mean it to be singular, you would use the indefinite article 'a' before the words: "a high-rise building"
