what is the meaning of thisتوريد وصب سكريد من الخرسانة المسلحة

I do not Know what is سكريد it seems not Arabic word.
توريد newly used word means to import = استيراد But استيراد is mainly used by the citizens of the country , While توريد is used when you are not a citizen and you resident and work in توريد البضائع .
صب means Casting "cement" or melted iron etc
الخرسانة المسلحة reinforced concrete
