Japanese lesson 0001 - where to start?

Until now I mostly read cultural notes and very basic grammar notes without going into details or ever trying to memorize the rules. I jumped over basic sentences and all vocal aspects. I want to memorize all Kana and digraphs.
I believe that with this I will be able to move easier towards grammar and structures and later to speaking and some Kanji. I appreciate suggestions.

I think it would be better to concentrate on speaking first. For speaking, basic grammer is needed. While the order of words isn't important as English, Particles (ga, wa, to, e...)are important. And develop your vocabulary. I would help you :)
