I did a little research out of curiosity...
In my country, 月嫂 is called 'babysitter', but it should be 'nanny' in western countries. Matter of culture difference.
Beware that not all nannies are 月嫂. 月嫂 has nursing care skills for babies/toddlers. 月嫂 do not work at hospitals, they work for families.
Please tell me if this is correct! :D
