This sentence sounds almost right in pronunciation. But we don't write Chinese like this. You should Write Chinese characters instead of Pin Yin, if possible.
The correct Pin Yin of it should be:" nǐ yǒu rèn hé yí wèn mā?"
The Chinese characters that match it, should be:“你有任何疑问吗？"

Ni3 you3 ren4he2 yi2wen4 ma1 ?
你有任何疑问吗？
Ren4he2= any/whatever/which
Yi2wen4=doubt/question
（instead of "任何",we should put "什么" there to make the sentence more fluently.）

I agree with 春日源助. "你有任何疑问吗" doesn't sound very natural to my ears. Instead, you can say either "你有什么疑问吗" or "你有疑问吗".
It's incorrect to translate the 'any' in a question like "... have (or another verb) any ...?" as "任何".

However, the 'any' in sentences such as "I don't have any doubt" and "Any train from this platform stops at London" can be translated as "任何".
The Chinese for those two sentences are "我没有任何疑问" and "从这个站台开车的任何火车都在伦敦停"
