1. '치' in "조금치" means "寸(=inch)", and is used to emphasize "something fits exactly". You can also say "조금도" or "한 치도(even an inch)" instead of "조금치도".
"보아는바" sounds weird, I think it should be "본바" or "봤는데"
("-ㄴ바" form is seldom used in everyday Korean)
2. "조금도 틀림이 없습니다" would be ok.^^'
