You're supposed to just ask "where?", saying the word "where" one time. Sometimes when people get excited, they will repeat themselves very quickly to try and get the answer out, or the action to commence. (GO GO, quickly quickly). Oh no you're hurt (where [are you hurt] where [are you hurt]?). Like rapido rapido in Spanish or vite vite in French. Does that make sense?
