    1- We do not have Dictionaries for dialects !
    2- In the egyption dialect the sound of the letter ق is replaced with Hmaza ء
    3-though egyptions write it as حتقعد but they say هتقعد ha-te-od هَتِ عُد
    4- point four - this is not real MSA but the speaker has his accent(dialect0 effected the MSA. specially for egyptions they cannot pronounce all sounds properly they make ث as if س and ذ as if ز
    also they often make ظ as ز too .
    5- point five no rule for this , and no List, I am from Iraq, I can undersand egyptions very good but I cannot guess when it is ق or hamza-like, Only God and egyptions Know !!.
    القاهرة clear قاف
    I am not sure about the rest.

    I don't know if you will find dictionary for Egyptian accent
    but you find arabic dictionary

    2
    ( Daeiea ) we don't say qaf latter in this word , we sat it as Hamza

    3
    Hamza too ,,, it will be ( haoud )

    4 for your ex :

    a. Qaf ( neqab )
    b. Qaf ( qarah )
    c. Hamza ( Daeiea )
    d. Hamza ( eltahled )

    thanks ....

    1) There's no dictionary for any dialect, but you can find websites to learn words from.
    Try this: http://learn101.org/egyptian.php

    2) You meant دقيقة =minute, right?
    If so, we don't say da2i2a, instead we say de2i2a.

    3) Pronounced like "hato3od" and "ha3od" (Here, I didn't write Hamza. it can be pronounced or not, depends on the person.)

    4)
    -neqab (q)
    -qarya (q)
    -de2i2a (hamza)
    -etta2lid (hamza)

    Other words we pronounce ق as q:
    القاهرة =Cairo
    قصة =Story
    واقعي =Realistic

    Hope this helps.
    ق is pronounced q in proper Arabic. But in slang language I mean like when your talking to your friends and stuff it's hamza. So you better always read it as q
