Both, but we usually say "우리 오빠" for my older brother.
우리 집, if you live with your family members.
우리 차, if you share the car with your family members or friends.
우리 엄마, my mom
우리 아빠, my dad
우리 언니, my older sister
우리 삼촌, my uncle
but....
내 동생, my younger brothers or sisters.
내 차, if you own the car
내 집, if you own the house
