What is 씁??
Does 씁 represent a sound in Korean? Like an inhaling sound: sseup! Or does it hold meaning? Sorry if it's a strange question!

씁 (inhaling sound!) is used when someone (usually older) is scolding another (younger) for something. You can often hear this when a mother is scolding her child.
It's almost like a threat/pre-cautionary sound; I usually make this noise when my cat is about to do something naughty :P
