Difference between arimusa and iimasu

What is the difference between arimasu and iimasu?

So what kind of change is there when I say:

1) kireina musumega arimasu
sorekara:
2) kireina musumega imasu

    In usually, arimasu(aru) can use to non-living things. In other way, imasu (iru) can use to living things. So you can say 'kireina musumega imasu.'
