Japanese: How to say "want to learn".
I tried to say that i wanted to learn Japanese, and used "僕は日本語がを学ぶ欲しです" Two people corrected it and replaced "学ぶ欲し”With ”びたい”。I am confused by this correction. Can someone explain it?

I think "want to do" = ”~したい” and "want something" = "ほしい”.
The object is either an action or a thing.
So, in the case "したい” is right.
