Gibt es Unterschied zwischen "Zustimmung" und "Vereinbarung"?

Zustimmung: is to approve to something
Vereinbarung: means to arrangement ( sich was auszumachen oder eine abmachung )
z.B. meine Freunde haben sich ausgemacht ( vereinbart) ins Kino zu gehen und sie fragen mich ob ich mit kommen möchte. wenn ich "Ja" sage dann habe ich Zugestimmt.
so at zustimmung you only approve to something fix... but "vereinbarung" you might have discussed with the other person to come to an acceptable result for both sides and approve to it.
(I wasn't sure wither to answer in English or german , so it's kind of a mixture ..sorry )
