When someone say lots of things which are not necessary to tell something you use "sadede gel". For example When a child wants a permission from the parents and tell lots of things they can answer with it. Look at the diolog below:
A: Anne bugün okulda bir arkadaşım rahatsızlandı, durumu çok kötüydü, annesi de yokmuş, yalnız kalıyormuş, ona bakan onunla ilgilenen kimse yokmuş. Çok zor durumda kalmış, ne yapacağını bilmiyormuş. Onun için çok üzüldüm

It's very informal way, you cannot use is in formal languale.
