What's the difference between "ser" and "estar" ?

I'm trying to learn Spanish and one day I got a conjugation of "ser" but next day I got an other one, where were some more of that and the conjugation of "estar" too...The only problem is, I don't know what is the difference between them, and don't know how to use it... Could you help me please?

    Ser is that you're by yourself, inner cualities, like pretty, jung, etc.; yo soy mujer, yo soy etnóloga, yo soy atractiva, yo soy saludable, soy amorosa, Jimy Hendrix es músico y autor.
    Estar is about one place where you are: yo estoy en España, estoy el el autobús, ect.
    Estar is too about what you are doing like: yo estoy comiendo, yo estoy hablando, etc.
    Estar have another meaning it's about you are feeling, about your humor: yo estoy triste, yo estoy enfermo, yo estoy cansada, yo estoy enaorada

    Ser: maestro, cocinero, ingeniero.

    Estar: en la escuela, en la cocina, en un edificio.

    Ser algo y estar en un lugar o haciendo algo
