In English, we add "s" to the end of a word to indicate one of two things:

    1) possession (for example "the book's title") Note that there is an apostrophe ( ' ) here. The apostrophe indicates that the "title" belongs to the "book".
    2) more than one of something. (for example "the pages") One page, more than one pages.

In your example, none of the words "belong" to another word, and none indicate more than one of something, so there is no "s" at the end of any of the words.

In 'any other portion' - each portion is a single entity, being spoken about.
If you had said 'than the other portions' - there are multiple portions being referred to.
