Perdone, una pregunta estupida
¿Quiere decir ¨a que sí¨? Yo sé parece que es muy fácil pero muchos significados puedan cambiar cuando se añade palabras diferentes.

It's like a confirmation. For example:
you: Ayer me compré un carro nuevo
other person: No es cierto.
you: A que sí (you are afirming what you say is true)
Also you can use it when you accept a challenge. Ex.
A que si me animo a cruzar el rio.

En España, "¿a que sí?" normalmente se utiliza coloquialmente para pedir a otra persona que confirme una afirmación, pero sólo cuando estamos seguros de que esta persona responderá afirmativamente.
Por ejemplo:
- Ayer estuviste en el centro, ¿a que sí?
- Pues... sí. ¿Cómo lo sabes?
- Porque te vi desde el autobús.
