What's the difference 은/는 -고/-지만/-ㄴ데/는데 은/는?

Dear guys! Could you explain me the difference between these two patterns 은/는 -고/-지만/ andㄴ데/는데 은/는?
Thank in advance!

Additional Details:

I believe I must correct myself. I need to know only difference between
-지만/-ㄴ데/는데. I still don't get it. We translate both of them as BUT.

PS Thank you for explanations of other particles, anyway it is useful

    1. 은/는:
은: used with Noun, that has a consonant (받침)
    예:
    학생은
    선생님은

는: used with Noun, that does have any consonant (받침)

    예:
    의사는
    사과는
    2. 고: used to link 2 verbs or 2 clauses

한국어를 공부하고 영어를 가르칩니다 (2 verbs)
한국어를 공부하고 하나 씨는 영어를 공부합니다.

    3. 지만 = but, however
    한국어가 재미있지만 어려워요

ㄴ데/는데 은/는: link 2 clauses or give the context

한국어가 재미있는데 어려워요 --> Korean is intersting but difficut.
배가 고픈데 식당에 갑시다 --> I am hungry, let's go to the restaurant.

은/는 are conjunctions and they depend on former phases' pronounciation.
고 is conjunction which means 'and'. For example, "I am eating and drinking." ->나는 먹'고' 마신다.
지만 means 'but'. "I am eating but not drinking." ->나는 먹'지만' 마시지 않는다.
