위해 and -러 - when do we use it?

I understand that 위해 and -러 mean in order to, so for these 2 sentences, can I substitute 위해 with 러?

스키를 타기 위해서 스키장에도 많이 갑니다
스키를 타러 스키장에도 많이 갑니다

단풍 구경을 하기 위해서 내장산에 많이 갑니다
단풍 구경을 하러 내장산에 많이 갑니다

And does 단풍 구경하다 and 단풍 구경을 하다 mean the same?

You can repace it. And 단풍 구경하다 and 단풍 구경을 하다 mean the same. 을 is 조사(Korean grammar term). 조사 doesn't always need in sentences.

1) Yes, but "-기 위해" is often used in writen.
2) Both have the same meaning.
단풍(을) 구경하다 = 단풍 구경(을) 하다
In spoken, the object marker '을' is often left out.
