Can I use such form of verb as hearing?

There are verbs which are not normally used in continuous tenses. Could you give me examples of exсeptions from usual using such verbs i.e. knowing, belonging etc.? Does subject deals only with the Gerund?

The "-ing" form of verbs in the progressive tenses are not gerunds, but present participles. Gerunds are "-ing" forms of verbs used as nouns. Be that as it may, I am trying to think of an exception where a present participle does not end in "-ing", but I cannot.

At a lower level, you learn here are two types of verbs: static and dynamic. Basically static verbs are internal and dynamic verbs are external - if you can draw a picture of the action, then it's a dynamic verb!

Basically, you just can't add -ing to any verb and expect it to work automatically. As a starter, follow the general rule that static verbs normally aren't put into continuous tense.

Get this right, and then you can move onto more advanced grammar (where you may add -ing, under certain conditions) without making embarrassing mistakes.
