    La Merluza es un pez de mar. "A la romana" es la forma de preparacion. Para preparar Merluza a la Romana debes condimentar los filetes de merluza con jugo de limon, sal, ajo y perejil, luego pasarlos por huevo batido y harina, y por ultimo ponerlos a freir.

    Gazpacho: Plato típico de España. Hay distintas formas de prepararlo en cada region de España. Básicamente es como una sopa fría de vegetales. Una de las variantes contiene tomate, pimiento, pepinos y cebolla, todos bien molidos y con aceite de oliva. En algunas regiones le añaden naranjas amargas y en otras regiones le agregan almendras molidas.

For this you use lemon juice, salt, garlic and parsley; then you have to put a the filets in batter egg with flour, the last thing you have to do is to put it in to fry.

    Gazpacho: tipical dish from Spain. There is diferent ways to cook it in each zone of the country. Basicly is like a cold soup of vegetables. One of the soups have tomato, peppers, cucumbers and onion, all well-milled and with olive oil. In some regions, people put in to the soup bitter oranges and in other places well-milled almonds.
