How to change my thinking model of English?
I'm a student who love foreign language, but recently I found that it's really difficult to express what i want lest using wrong words. I have to change my ideas from Chinese into English first especially for those grammar orders differ with Chinese grammar, so it's really make me unhappy

If anything, sometimes try to think only in English. That is, construct your inner monologue in English - you already know the words and patterns. ;)
You're right; thinking in your first language will just slow you down and trip you up. I'm having this same mess with Turkish at the moment simply because I'm resorting to English first (some of my students are experiencing the same problem in reverse). I just have to trust the patterns I've learnt and follow them.

You are not learning "naturally". You have the identical problem to most.
Find the words to some slow, melodic song in English and if possible, practice singing it, or at the least, memorize the words. You will acquire a natural phraseology for your spoken English. Eventually, your writing ability will develop.
An efficient Multi-Sensory program for learning a fluent English should involve, HEARING the words, SEEING the words, and WRITING the words. Songs enable you to practice the speech rythm and pronunication on a continual basis, so that you actually "absorb" the language through a Multi-Sensory process.---Warm Regards, Bruce
