"Help me" in Korean is 도와주세요.
    "Help me to + verb" ~할 수 있도록 도와주세요 / ~할 수 있게 도와주세요.

So, "Help me to understand" translates to 이해할 수 있도록 도와주세요.

    i.e.
Help me to attend grad school: 대학원에 다닐 수 있도록 도와주세요.

    --------------------------

FYI, to say "Help me + verb" in Korean, you make the verb a noun form: ~하는 것(을) 도와주세요.

    i.e.
Help me park the car: 주차하는 것(을) 도와주세요.
Help me clean the house: 집 청소하는 것 도와주세요.

    Hope this helps.
