which is moving the ANSF [Afghan National Security Forces], keeping them in the lead, supporting them as they take the fight to the enemy, doing all of that in same space and time with less than 23 months remaining.
what is "as they take the fight to the enemy" and "time with"?

    'taking the fight to the enemy' means fighting the enemy on their land - in other words, attacking them, and pushing them back.
    It's not really 'time with'. It might be more understandable if there was a comma between those words.
    ...doing all of that in same space and time, with less than 23 months remaining."
    Or - doing it in the same space, doing it in the same time, which is 23 months.
