What's the meaning of "train in up"?

What's the meaning of "train in up"?
Thanks!

It means to do something with a lot of effort, to do something "to the max". It can relate to work or to fun.

Party it up = to party really hard
Drink it up = to drink a LOT

Train it up = to work really hard at training for something
