I suppose by the word 'site' that you mean building site.

He goes to the site every morning. {I added the definite article}
He is gone to the site every morning. {Incorrect}

Perhaps you might say: he has been to the site every morning this week.

He'll be gone to the site this week. {incorrect}.

You could say: he'll be going to the site this week.

He'll be going to the site today. {Correct}
